The Role
The ERP Software Business Development Executive is responsible for the sale of Software products including licenses, maintenance, solutions and services to meet and exceed key business measurements within specified sales territory, geography and/or set of targeted accounts.
Responsibilities
· Accountable for the Software products sales targets including licenses, maintenance, solutions and services · Proactively manages software sales campaigns and closes opportunities using deep sales process and software offering or product expertise · Cultivates relationships. · -Meets key clients and prospects within established accounts on a regular basis to build and nurture the relationship, as well as look out for further opportunities
General Sales Accountabilities:
· Identifies business development opportunities · Establishes software specific qualifications. · Works with Regional Sales Lead to support and leverage account planning, sales pipeline management and sales best practices to identify new market and client opportunities to increase software revenue · Participates appropriately in Orals/subsequent client meetings · Coordinates with Solution Architects to fine tune the solution to client needs · Helps shape and run client meetings, and deliver presentations to prospects · Anticipates and coordinates internal approvals, and sales and product team resources, manages; manage solution/proposition development and develop client interactions and relevant client demonstrations, etc. · Influences/ensure a Competitive Advantage is created and maintained · Influence clients selection process and evaluation criteria · Facilities the negotiations and closing activities · Support acquisition of New Clients:
· Takes new opportunities, value propositions, and innovative ideas to clients to grow incremental sales by creating proactive proposals that generate additional business
Support Expansion of Recently Won or Existing Accounts:
· Maintain relationships with key clients and prospects within established accounts to build and nurture the relationship, as well as look out agreement for further opportunities press releases, reference ability, etc. · Works with sales teams to create and manage a list of opportunities

2. Helpdesk and IT support position
Helpdesk - IT and Software support– ERP Systems, SQL North Dublin € Excellent We support a range of ERP business software systems (SAP Business One, Fourth Shift, Mamut) as well as providing an extensive range of software add-ons. An opportunity has now arisen for a Graduate Software Support Associate to work initially on a contract basis. This role would suit a talented graduate or software support professional with ERP, IT systems and SQL experience. For the right candidate this position will provide the ideal stepping stone to becoming an implementation consultant, technical consultant or support manager. Whilst this is a contract position, it offers the possibility for growth within the company. There is also the opportunity to work on-site with clients To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of ERP business systems, SQL and IT Skills in networking and operating systems. You must have excellent verbal and written communications skills coupled with a good attention to detail. You must also be a collaborative team player with excellent problem solving skills. Although not essential, knowledge of SAP Business One or Fourth Shift would be a distinct advantage to your application.
